1. Return Conditions
You may return an item within 14 days from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
- Be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- Be returned in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
- Not be a personalized or custom-made item (these products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless defective).
If your return does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or return the item at your expense.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

- We will provide detailed instructions on how to return your item.
- Carefully package your product and send it to the following address:

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of an error on our part or a defective product.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be issued via the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
- If rejected, we will inform you of the reason and propose an alternative solution.
Initial shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, we recommend returning your order and placing a new one on our website.
5. Defective Products or Order Errors
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the product. We will cover the return shipping costs and offer either a refund or a replacement.
